And no, water vapor is not always at a constant. The warmer the air is, the more water vapor the air can hold. There are places where it is very warm and very little humidity. All of this depends on multiple factors. Is the moisture content of the air always the same where you are? lol Were you born yesterday?

  7. Basically we need to be able to make coal on a massive scale. Then we would promptly return the burning this "clean" coal. Why? If there is no monetary profits to the processing, it will never happen. Until then it will be heavily subsidized for unmeasurable results...
