You can't "fix" homelessness because for the majority, it is primarily a drug issue and a mental health issue. Would you have us remove their rights and institutionalize them?

  41. That sounds good on the surface, but not all diabetics are overeating. Ozempic slows digestion, lowering blood glucose spikes. Eating 1 piece of bread for some is enough to send there blood glucose out of range, but that is hardly overeating.
