  5.  @bonkmeabeab3563  the second amendment was intended to arm civilians with the weapons of war (rifles, pistols, artillery...). Should the need arises to throw off a tyrannical government we will have the tools necessary to put up the fight. Like the other person said, the first amendment wasn't created to include computers and phones. And yes, speach can harm others, we have laws that recognize the damages. Your position in this manner is faulty. If you had looked into what weapons existed at the time, you wouldn't have made the statement you did. Semiautomatic weapons are nothing new. We have limitations on automatic weapons and explosives what more do you want to take and still recognize the right and it's intended purpose? Does the military have those items? One more thing... You don't have the right to drive a car. It is a privilege.

That's like saying, "I don't want to take away your freedom of speach, but I want to make it all but impossible for you to speak your mind." Extreme limitations is a ban.

  12. If you have taste, any gun but a glock or hipoint. jk! Yes, Hi-Points are good weapons (sadly), they are ugly as sin with crap ergonomics, but they are reliable. If it was a glock, you have my sympathies.... Still kidding!!!
