You cant gang up on a person with deadly force and intimidation and use the excuse "He had a gun." Did you watch the trial? Somehow it doesn't seem like you're asking so that you can learn what is appropriate in this situation, but to take a side.

I guess we could call Trevon a terrorist by your standards because he was terrorizing the neighborhood and he was put down like the dog he was. You didn't name a witness that contradicted George Zimmerman and you still can't. There is no one to invalidate him because (for the second time) only Trevon and Zimmerman were there. I keep seeing your name and no one elses. How could there be eye witness testimony if there was no one else to see anything? I wonder why you pretend that there was. As far as Jan 6th, no government agency has classified it as domestic terrorism, not one. None of the people there that day are charged with terrorism, not one.

  50.  @skie6282  That's is just the thing, you can't shoot when you don't know what is going on. Kyle knew he was being attacked = justified to shoot. Kyle had a gun pointed at his head and defended himself (according to the prosecution's witness) = justified to shoot. You can't run someone (who is running to the police) down with a gun in your hand and call it self defense.
