  4. There is a nursing shortage and there has been for a very long time. Where does the Biden administration think all these nurses are going to come from? We are already short staffed and this will only cause the ratios elsewhere to skyrocket. He needed to fix the shortage before he increased the demand.

He was convinced of fraud and fined because the judge didn't like the valuations on his assets used to secure the loan, even though the loan was repaid. Where is the victim? Where are the damages? The fine is to go to the state of New York, not to the bank because the bank received their money. Ridiculous, isn't it?

That was a civil case where the judge failed to recuse himself for an obvious bias, and the penalty was a fine back in February. The case is also on appeal. The loan was paid back to the bank on time and long before the court case. Basically, the state (not the bank) felt they had inflated the value of property used as collateral. The bank had no issues with the loan before or after. It was that liberals (like the judge) don't like Trump being able to make money in New York.
