Big Pharma always has immunity for EXPERIMENTAL vaccines because Congress passed a law years ago granting this.

FL does not care. Our statutes prohibit Covid shots to be required for kids to attend school. States have the upper hand, because only the state, not the buttinsky federal government, has the force of law in this matter.

@alstewart1186 I'm in US, age 70 and no Covid or Covid jab. My grandparents would've rushed to get as many of these hoax vaxxes as they could've, unfortunately.

Actually, FL hasbeen granted permission by the Supreme Court of FLto convene a grand jury investigation of fraud in the inducement of getting the Covid vaxx. (In FL, it's illegal for a pharmaceutical company to make fraudulentclaims to induce people to take their products.)

@gypsy1393 Europe is DOING nothing, while FL is convening a Grand Jury Investigation about whether FRAUD IN THE INDUCEMENT existed. It is illegal in FL for Big Pharma to lie about the efficacy of the vaxx. Hopefully, the answers will enable FL to find the perps guilty and imprison Fauci. No other state/country is doing squat.

@gypsy1393 Gov. DeSantis of FL recently got permission from the FL Supreme Court to convene a Grand Jury re: fraud in the inducement for taking the vaxx, which is a crime in FL. Stay tuned, though findings may take a year.
