The government would be out of making student loans, and the schools would have to back them and make them, instead, (if they choose to make loans.) And I know from living in FL that DeSantis does not make promises he cannot keep. Of course, some will require Congress, but none of the other clowns running are brave enough to promise what DeSantis has.
