Although he had to allow the cities/counties a 7 day window to make certain mandates, all of these (mostly Marxist/Democrat-run) then have to PROVE with hard data that whatever insane policy they're pushing (mask-wearing, social distancing, etc.) is scientifically effective. (And of course, they can't, because there is none.)

But then, again, FL isn't relying on medieval medicine and useless "hospitalization", because they offer monoclonal antibody treatment for patients in early to mid Covid with excellent results. Most never need hospitalization. And most patients at these clinics are fully vaxxed, btw. (According to Gov. DeSantis and the clinics themselves.)

The 5th District Court of Appeals has put a stay on it, effective immediately, due to "serious constitutional issues". Brandon Administration has been ordered to respond by Monday. (Ha ha...the Marxists forgot to consult the US Constitution...again!)

  23. I'm not vaxxed, and my guess is that about 20% of people in US are not. The FL Surgeon General, under Gov. DeSantis, recently advised Floridians NOT to take the latest version of the vaxx, unless they are over 65 or have chronic health conditions that have weakened their immune system. I'm 72, and will not take it, and I don't think I've ever had Covid.

  25. Not true AT ALL! In fact, here in FL, we have twice as many senior citizens as NY state, yet percentage-wise had the same number of Covid deaths per capita! (And FL's Surgeon General, Joe Ladapo, has advised everyone NOT to take this new jab they've come up with, btw, because it is unsafe.)
