  16. Rudy Guiliani wrote a letter stating he was selling pardons for Trump for 2 million each, with he and Trump splitting the proceeds. He explained that the pardon requests cannot go through the Office of Pardons, because that would entail FOIA. Bob Barr said he "hoped" that wasn't true (lol.) And who is Kodak Black? (He is said to have paid for a pardon?)
