  4. I dropped my home insurance in N. FL 2.5 years ago, but it was "only" less than 2K per year then. And I have no HOA. Property taxes for my 2 city lots (with home in the middle) are only about 5K. That's too much, but nothing like what you're quoting. South FL is a ripoff, run by Marxist bureaucrats that voters keep voting for.

  5. No, DeSantis is NOT making FL more expensive, but the Marxists you S. Floridians keep voting for in local and county elections (who spend like drunken sailors) are never blamed for wasting $$. WHY NOT?? I'm in N. FL, where houses, taxes, rent, etc. are much lower than in Miami. Yet, DeSantis is our governor, too. You need to wake up!
