  6.  @Bruce_Wilson But usually property taxes only change in January in FL. And I'm thinking you must have lost your homestead exemption on that house when you bought one inTN? That will raise your taxes, but that should only be happening in Jan. FL only allows you one homestead exemption in all states combined. Good luck, I hope you get a mold and water remediation company in that house soon. You'll need that right now.
