  1. Well...I paid for my new roof on 3 credit cards a couple of years ago, but mostly because they all offered 2% rewards (which means, a 2% reduction in 25K roof price!)

  2. My oldest son and his wife waited to have their first (and only) child until they were 40 and 43---despite having been married for 10 years st the time! Don't wait...nobody ever really feels they can afford to have a baby.
