  1. Your high taxes in FL are caused by your LOCAL taxing authorities--city and county. In my DEMOCRAT run FL city,the corrupt city commissioners (all Democrats) proposed a law for the city to double their salaries because then they'd equal the county commissioners' salaries, and my city fell for it and voted it in! What the corrupt liars in city government failed to disclose is that county comisioner is a FULL TIME job, while city commissioner job is only HALF-TIME! Democrats are such FRAUDS!
