  5. Agents will have to PRE-QUALIFY theirclients, like they did years ago. Otherwise, they'll waste lots of time, showing the house to people with no hope of buying it.

  6.  @MichaelBordenaro They will claim they're not fit unless the structural reinforcements are made. They have to be deemed safe by state standards in order for condos to be habitable. And if not deemed habitable, insurers won't renew insurance coverage. I'd plan for the worst and hope for the best if I owned a condo.

  7.  @MichaelBordenaro  The state does not have to waste/spend resources on proving that a condo is safe or unsafe. In fact, that's part of the purpose of the engineering study which all these condo owners are complaining they can't afford. And there are plenty of engineering firms in central and north FL who'd be able to get the study done in time. These condos should give them a call. If condo owners ignorethe study mandate, the state has the legal right to refuse occupancy. Thatdoesn't mean they will, but that is their right.
