  1. I live in N. FL, where pay is not high. However, rent is much cheaper than a lot of other places. I rented out my (old) 3 bedroom rental house for last year at $1280 per month! But because Democrat-Marxists run our city and county, the property taxes are increased 10% on non-homesteaded property per year, forcing me to pass on those costs to the renter! Next year the rent will be higher.
