  1. Michael, individuals' home flipper gains are ALREADY capital gains, lol. Maybe this would make it the same for companies, too, but... what Trump (and other elites) are proposing has been in the works for years--it's designed to allow the mega corporations to end up with the properties, after the flippers can't sell and they're forced into foreclosure.
