  2. My daughter and her family live in CA, and I have a feeling this is the Marxist scam being pushed there where you aren't actually given "free downpayment money", because you essentially become a co-owner of the house with the government. (No thanks!)

  3. I haven't moved in decades, but after reading a book on FSBOs about 1980, I sold several of my then-husband's and my houses FSBO, by splitting the "realtor's fee" savings with the buyers. It was a " win-win" and quicker sale. Not sure I'd do the same today, though, because the world has really changed.

  4. How would every homeowner pay, when I dropped my ridiculously hiked insurance already? (My house has never flooded, had hurricane damage or anything else in 34 years, although I once had half a live oak tree fall on my roof once, which tore off half a shingle, lol.)

Ha ha...yeah, the West Coast is definitely the "first" to try pooping on the streets and allowing wholesale looting of businesses, while Silicon Valley left the state and/or downsized like crazy, and medical tyranny hand in glove with Marxism.
