  3. Michael, you seem a bit jealous of the millennials and Gen Z's parental donations towards the down payment on their first home. But you have no right to be, because my in-laws helped add to our first home down payment 40 years ago, and I'll be helping my kids with their first home down payment, too. Why SHOULDN'T we help our grown kids, as long as we are able, and as long as they are also saving for it themselves, of course! You are not old enough to be a bitter old man yet!
