I agree. None of this affected newer condos, which is not what most Miami beachfront condos are.

@TravelTechie415 I know what you're talking about. But not all areas of FL have sulphur smelly water. In most areas of far north FL, our water comes from the huge Floridan Aquifer, fresh water from deep underground. Tastes great, no smell.

This wouldn't happen in FL, because deadbeat tenants are not difficult to have evicted. But sorry this happened to your friend. Sad.

I love living in N. FL (except in humid hot summer) because we have 4 seasons, yet no smow.😊

Wrong.

That's for sure. My daughter and her family live in L. A. and taxes are confiscatory.

S. FL, maybe! N. FL isn't sinking.

There are no freebies for illegals in FL. We're not a Sanctuary Marxist state. FL state employees are 50% of what the number of Stste workers are in NJ. And FL has no debt, or very little--thanks to Gov. DeSantis.

The only structures affected are 3plus story 30 year or older condos! Most Floridians do not live in condos.

N. FL has few HOAs outside of beach condos, is much less crowded than S. FL, and has lower taxes.

Of course it will. People have NO idea what life will be like with the highest capital gains tax in the workd, except for Columbia. Don't vote for Cackling Hyena Kamala!

Because they know FL isn't a police state.

It's a war against US citizens, plain and simple.

Mostly it isn't true.

I paidproperty insurance for 35 years on my home in FL and never made aclaim. Never had flooding here, either. Have been self-insured for last couple years, and no regrets. BUT: I'm in N. FL, about 25 miles from any coast.

N. FL is cheaper. Not cheap, but less for rent.
