I love how these entitled condo owners want the state to take on their living and repair expenses, unfairly and unconstitutionally saddling the taxpayers with the burden of funding THEIR property expenses! No thanks! We responsible taxpayers are already funding our own! We cannot afford yours, too.

  4. These condo owners brought it on themselves. Most didn't even attend HOA meetings, refused to accept the Boards' recommendations to raise assessment fees for repairs, and now they're playing the victims. No acknowledgement of need to accept responsibility for their actions.

  5. That's unfair to put the massive cost of the state having to take on these extra non-governmental tasks. Condo owners need to accept responsibility for managing themselves and their homes, or else sell them and move elsewhere.
