  2. What matters is what Alito thinks, not what the totalitarian control-freaks push. We already know they have sn agenda to push. Alito made an excellent point about there being no other OSHA mandate that required workers to assume a potential health risk for following the OSHA mandate. That, in a nutshell, is why this mandate is different and should fail.
