As for FL, LOL, we have a much larger older elderly population than most other states except for maybe NY, and even FL had less Covid deaths than NY state. You blue, locked-down shut-down broken authoritarian states shouldn't be bragging, because you're a laughingstock to the other constitutional states. Put your masks on, now!

Longhorn FL has been open for nearly ONE YEAR now, but CA, OTOH, has been closed forever, and as of yesterday, have to wear masks inside again. And their poor little schoolkids....masked up last year AND this coming school year. It's nothing short of child abuse from a Hitler-wannabe blue state governor. @doggobork-bork5305 Not hypocritical at all, necessarily. I haven't seen the actual court decision, BUT I'm guessing it was decided FOR anti-discrimination purposes. It is unconstitutional for people to be discriminated against on the basis of their PHI. The cruise lines WILL STILL BE REQUIRED to follow health and safety standards. And besides....how come you're not concerned about all the illegals infected with Covid being allowed by Biden to stream through the border and into the US, bringing drugs/human trafficking with them? That's what we should be MUCH MORE CONCERNED ABOUT.

DeSantis is bringing back civics class and "Americanism vs. Communism" classes in the public schools (which I took to graduate high school back in the day.) Our students desperately NEED these classes in order to detect WTF is going on.

I simply said (IOW) that one possible legitimate reason the case was decided as it was involves A FACT: PHI cannot be used for a system of apartheid, IOW, to discriminate, because it is constitutionally protected. Longhorn FL doesn't have Marxist unions, either....but COSTCO is all about unions and only hires union members. Btw, I joined Sam's and it's non-union, don't have thugs following me around to chase me out 15 minutes prior to closing like Costco did, and is just as good IMO.
