  1. Nope. I distinctly remember women being able to obtain an abortion in most/all states at least up to 6 mos. of pregnancy in most states, even FL, in the 1970's. I worked as a medical social worker in a publicly-funded hospital back then, and anyone could even obtain an abortion after 6 months if one were willing to travel to Miami. Ugh!!!

  2. Yes, I agree. 12 weeks is more than long enough thesedays to confirm pregnancy and obtain an early abortion, if that's what the mother chooses. Why wait 15 weeks?
