  3. Unelected judges didnot vote on it, they simply noted correctly that abortion is not mentioned in the Constitution, so is the right of the STATES to decide for themselves, NOT Congress!! State legislators are the legitimate voters on this matter, and they have already spoken! Butt out, Congress. It's not a federal matter!
