Congress is the one that YEARS AGO passed the non-protection from vaccine injury Act. Rand Paul cannot change it, and since the FDA is a captured agency that relies on the $$$ from Big Pharma to operate, I doubt Big Pharma will ever be held responsible for their irresponsibility and negligence.

@CitroTeam Please don't insult the US by calling it a democracy, as it never has been and never will be. The US is and always has been a republic, which is why the red states are free and the Marxist blue states are not. A democracy would be Venezuela/Argentina/any Marxist country that can't face the fact that it's a Communist regime. Marxists love "democracies", which is why the US Democrats erroneously call the US a "democracy". Hah. They wish.

@CitroTeam I know the states of CA and NY are run like a Communist dictatorship; just because they haven't declared it themselves doesn't change the facts. The US is a democratic constitutional republic, but that's a world of difference from a democracy, which it obviously is not. Not everyone wants "socialist measures" because they lead to exactly what the US has now....an increasingly Marxist-lite authoritarian tyranny. The free states will eventually secede from the moronic union-thug-run tyrannical blue states and maybe then we can all be satisfied. Or as satisfied as Marxists can be, which is never enough.

@2robdot Their web page clearly stated that children (on whom the "vaccine" hasn't even been tested!) do not need to take the vaccine at this time. How much more context do you need? Should I also add that it hasn't even been approved for anything except emergency use by the FDA?? We are no longer in an emergency.

The elimination of emergency powers of the governor in FL was suggested by Gov. DeSantis immediately after the legislature returned for legislative session after the scamdemic, and he suggested to them that they virtually eliminate them, leaving such legislative action with the legislature, as it should be (per the US Constitution) in every state. The FL legislature passed this bill, and I remember thinking at the time the Gov. was issuing emergency orders that he in fact had no authority to do so. But now it's been set right for the future, and every state legislature should follow suit. NY and CA MOST DEFINITELY.
