  14.  @bevalindaj.443 What planet do you live on? Unless it's federal housing, like Section 8, private landlords in FL have ALWAYS been able to charge what they want--(it's THEIR property) as per the US Constitution! Any state/county that doesn't respect that violates the US Constitution!
