@wkanost It has nothing to do with the representatives we chose, because Congress was never allowed to vote on it; clearly, the Control freaks running the government knew Congress wouldnot go along and would NOT approve it.

@bobm9509 The entire decision is based on the Constitution and statutes supposedly decoded in accordance with the Constitution, except for the left-leaning activist judges that OBummer appointed. They don't care about the Constitution, or even the truth.

Legal standing only has to do with whether or not a case can be brought before the court, not how strong the argument is.
