  7. This entire situation is due to the apathy, irresponsibility and selfishness of many condo owners for many decades. Now they want FL taxpayers to pick up the tab via "no-interest loans" and "funding alternate living places" while their repairs are being done. No thanks, FL taxpayers cannot afford it, as we're paying for our living expenses, unlike what they did.
