  1. surprised you didn't get to play with the newer systems under development that seek to combine passive night vision and thermal vision. The lag make them unusable in combat, but they look really great from some footage released. It's part of the US Army's future warrior program though, so maybe not Navy yet.

  2. There are some colored night vision cameras you could have bought to film this. They've been around since like 2017. The video showed stars and cars in the difference.
