  3. Fun fact: in the early days of the Reagan Administration's illegal weapons deals with Iran, Israeli middlemen received the weapons from the US to ship to Iran. The American operatives were so incompetent they sent like 3 shipments without getting paid because the shipments "never arrived" to Iran. Eventually the Americans realized they could have greater profit without the Israeli middlemen. Iran-Contra was so ridiculous it makes you realize the most unbelievable things of many conspiracy theories is American governmental competence.
