  1. F15 is a workhorse. This looks like a good thing to expand current capabilities before the new next Gen planes arrive, which will be later than expected. If Japan, Korea, and the Phillipines start importing these, it could shave of some number advantages china is welding and trying to capitalize on. It won't do much good if China can build its needed numbers of amphibious vehicles to invade Taiwan only to find armada of extremely over equipped planes coming in for support. I am curious though if the air Froce cruise missile launch via cargo planes will be upgradeable to mode flight target acquisition. It would be great if high stealth craft could identify ground based targets so that the cargo planes can drop their pods, and add even more missiles to the party.
