  2. The limitation of conventional guns is you have to bring the ship into anti-ship missile range to be effective. Ultimately the question is whether the design is geared toward a short or long term engagement. Ukraine has shown how missile production will be limited and eventually you fall back to conventional guns. Rewllynlike everything conceived during the 90s it was a disaster.
