  2. Worth pointing out the attacks on US power grid, where someone just shot up junction boxes et al. A coordinated regional attack could be used to severely disrupt American society during key days. Imagine the issues should a series of terrorist attacks occurred on election day. With US elections turning in the votes of just hundreds of thousands of people in swing states it could completely disrupt the US election. The re-election of Trump would be the single largest win for Russia's campaign against Ukraine.
