The contractor and the validators get into a good communication style and develope an ease of working with each other. This is true for government and for private sector: you prefer to wor with companies wlyou ha e better experience working with. Sig may be more responsive to correcting issues with deployed weapons, a tleast for their military contracts. The military actually favors long term support.
