  1. The OJ trial is a great example of a case that was extremely mishandled from the get go. The Police mishandled evidence, contaminated the scene and otherwise lost credibility to the jury. Criminal law is about 2 things: the government following the law, and the government proving a citizen did not. In the OJ case the government simply didn't follow the law and the acquittal was correct.
