  1. We need to take as many smart immigrants as we can. To raise the collective iq. Make sure as many students as possible stay in the country after their course (esp. in STEM subjects), and make it super easy to hire people who were educated in other good western universities, with no quota, and possibly reduced salary threshold. Also need cheap childcare for working people who work full time. This will help working people to have more kids. And allow surrogacy for money, this will increase the number of richer, busier, smarter people having kids with higher iq. Sorry it sounds a bit eugenist. But that's the future whether we want to talk about it or not. Just watch the movie Idiocracy
