  1. West Bank, or rather Judea and Samaria are already Israel sovereign territory, according to international law. The customary international law recognises the principle Uti Possedetis Juris, that says that the borders of formor colonies are by default the borders of new state. As in 1948 Israel was the only state to occur, the whole of former British Mandate for Palestine is automatically Israel. But it was occupied by Egypt and Jordan before 1967.
