  1. Relax regulations to make it easy to start a small legal child minding business. Especially need to make sure that benefits are small enough that we don't need to reduce them when people work irregular hours. Right now people are able to work for 20 hours a week and they have full luxury living - housing fully paid, bus pass, council tax, prescription medicines. Why would they work legally even 1 hour more if it reduces their UC by 55% of earned income?

  2. Housing should be only paid max 75%, so that people have the incentive to choose cheaper housing. Same for other benefits. Free stuff just provides perverse incentives
