  1. Instability, currency devalued, government services shut down, people working for the government don't get paid. Police starts to stop everyone for no reason to ask for bribes. Teachers ask parents to pay for school maintenance. Doctors ask for a contribution for all previously free procedures. I survived it myself. It was a hungry time. I escaped to another country.
