Also CO2 is not the only concern. Here is the list that I've found by googling: nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, benzene, and formaldehyde

  4. I think 75% of ULEZ charge should be put on a savings account and be available for the payer to be given when they buy/lease a new vehicle
