  1. It's a strange question, should we put democracy above the law? Seem sto me, yes. As a democratic state, we should be able to change the laws in a way that reflects the democratic will of the people. The problem is the democratic will of the people is to stop illegal immigration completely, to 0. And stop accepting any refugees from 3rd world countries. The fact that it breaks international law, should be of a secondary concern, as everybody breaks it all the time anyway. So we should be able to choose what international laws we want to break. It's stupid to be the only country that complies to all international laws despite having no democratic mandate to do so. Check it out, only 15% of EHRC decisions are implemented. UK has registered breaches about 370 times, Italy more than 2000. So we have some wiggle room to break it
