  1. Just make sex fixed (e.g. determined by chromosomes or whatever else they come up with as long as it's biological). And make gender just the preferred title on official documents. And I agree, gender should be treated as a protected characteristic entirely separately from sex. It should be treated just like any other belief, like a religious faith or veganism

  2. I.e. no discrimination if a male calls himself Ms, but this should not allow their participation in female sports or placement in female prisons. Also, we can't punish people for wrong pronouns, as this is the other person's beliefs and should be protected equally
