  2. Wrong. The super rich are also super mobile. They will just leave. That's what happening now and we haven't even implemented wealth taxes, it's all just because of the IHT

  5. Always income taxes on middle class, never wealth tax. UK was a sick man of Europe before Thatcher who reduced the top rate of income tax from something like 94% to 40%
