  1. I get meals from Fresh N Lean every 2 weeks. Refrigerated, not frozen, less than 500 calories per meal. Variety of plans. I'm doing Keto meals right now. 3 minutes in the microwave. Meals are really good! I tried Blue Apron but you prepare it yourself. If you like cooking it might be for you.

  2. Check out "Bitter Brew", the story of the Busch family (Budweiser). The Fourth as they call him, is the most fugged up guy, harmed a lot of people including a couple of dead girls. Usually it the descendents that thrash the family empire. They didn't build it so they have no clue. Same thing happened with Stroh's beer which was big in Detroit for decades. Took the grandkids to fug it all up.
