  1. Before I retired in AZ I looked at high rise living in 2020 in the Fort Myers area of all places. HOAs were $1000/mo! plus hurricane insurance then the agent asked me if I liked hotel/tourist kind of living. I said NO lol then Covid hit and that settled it for me. No way.
