  1. "during the coup in 2014" Wasn't a coup. That is a Russian propaganda way distorting it. The corrupt former President at the time did some things that spurred backlash against him. He ran because of the backlash. After he ran the Ukrainian Parliament ruled he had abandoned his office. Ukraine has had a couple of honest elections for President since (something annoying to Putin since Russia does not and Ukraine may set an example for Russia at some point).

  2. Possibly, I've only had the misfortune to see a few of Jimmy Dore's shows but I was very unimpressed when I did. Correct me if I'm wrong but he is a backer of the distortion that what happened in 2014 was somehow a coup when the corrupt former President of Ukraine-by his own choice-left because of a backlash by Ukrainians against him. Ukraine's parliament, an elected body with its own standing, declared the guy abandoned his office. Now yes, that corrupt former President did declare later he didn't but was he in Russia by then. If he really disagreed he could take to Ukrainian courts, they could talk with him about other issues like corruption while he is there.
