  1. Some of his staffers and advisors from when Trump was in the White House wrote it. He wouldn't have to read it because they would tell him bits of it and as long as Trump got a big enough bribe or favor he would sign off on any questionable parts-which there are many. Plus he tried to put a small part of it into action as he was on the way out already. So no, Trump being too lazy to read is not a protection.

  5. Orban is putting himself and his corrupt buddies before his own nation. They got rich at the expense of people living in Hungary and the elections they rig to hold on to power come at the expense of the freedom of Hungarians. Plus if the EU ever cuts off the money a lot of people will end up poorer in Hungary since Hungary is a taker nation when it comes to the EU.

  6. Trump and Orban like to hang out together because both like corruption and trying to steal elections. Orban and his henchmen steal money from the EU that was intended to help his own nation. Orban also uses gerrymandering to rig Hungarian elections for parliament. Trump is already trying to nickel and dime the US Taxpayer this year while just being a candidate for President and tried to steal the 2020 Election.
