  1.  @Logan9mm  A bunch of things. Some of the less well known things are cuts to local governments and getting rid of the NOAA (which tracks hurricanes.) Trying to politicize every branch of the Federal government is another-this opens the door to more corruption as well as decreases serving citizens rather than whomever the President is at the moment.
