  1. If I'm wearing a mask while walking alone odds are I was wearing it with other people around and will take it off when I get home like I do my jacket or coat. Sometimes I put it in my pocket and sometimes I don't. In cold weather it actually helps keep my face warmer. I support the idea of overcoming fears. I don't support subtle downplaying of covid when it killed over 1,000,000 in the US alone. I got vaccinated, later I got covid from being in a crowded room when I'd taken my mask off to eat. I'm glad I got vaccinated because I got over covid faster than I probably would have otherwise. When I caught covid beyond the annoyance of being sick it forced some changes in my travel plans.
