@docequis9796 Nope. The Democratic Party is the party more willing to talk about the impact of racism and ways to address it. Affirmative Action was an attempt to counterbalance the many ways "tolerated systemic racism" had already been in place for years. Also Trump welcoming the bigot vote is "identity politics" just without saying so. Speaking of Trump, wasn't he the guy who was encouraging police to abuse people in an earlier election? In some I see some rightwing talking points but not a lot of honesty, often the opposite. Kinda strange thing to do with a comment that has "here is the truth" near the start.

@80s_kid. If racism doesn't matter anymore then even if we have quotas they wouldn't matter because the percent of different groups of people in workplaces would match that in the population. BTW things have gotten better but things still happen so racism isn't gone-but that is a side point..
